Eligibility for Refunds:
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the transaction.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt is required for all refunds.
- Condition of Item: The item must be brand new, unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Important Guidelines:
- Postage Certificate: Please retain your postage certificate as proof in case your returned parcel goes missing.
- Non-refundable Items: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept refunds on Mascaras, Nail Polishes, Lip Glosses, Lipsticks, Piercing products, Manicure, and Eye Liners.
- Exclusions: Offer products, seasonal gift sets, and expired products are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged Goods:
- Reporting Period: Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
Refund Processing:
- Method: We will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
- Payment Issues: If we cannot process the refund to your original payment method, we will contact you to discuss an alternative.
