REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the transaction.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt is required for all refunds.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be brand new, unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Important Guidelines:

  • Postage Certificate: Please retain your postage certificate as proof in case your returned parcel goes missing.
  • Non-refundable Items: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept refunds on Mascaras, Nail Polishes, Lip Glosses, Lipsticks, Piercing products, Manicure, and Eye Liners.
  • Exclusions: Offer products, seasonal gift sets, and expired products are not eligible for a refund. 

Damaged Goods:

  • Reporting Period: Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Refund Processing:

  • Method: We will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
  • Payment Issues: If we cannot process the refund to your original payment method, we will contact you to discuss an alternative.
